I bought the Gibraltar 18 and 12" black/brass gold chandeliers for my dining room and kitchen island. First of all they are stunning! excellent product as advertised. I already seen it at the local store but, because I like to shop for the best price tag I went online. "Theligthingshoppe.ca" simply had the best prices but what I loved the most was their client services. I had a few questions and I had actually ordered the same things twice... they promptly answered my emails and corrected my mistakes in no time!!
They truly are awesome and I'll definitely shop on their website for my next fixtures (we are remodeling the house).

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are super easy. We want to make sure that you are happy with the final product, which is why we offer a 10 day return policy with proof of purchase. We understand that lighting can be tricky, and that sometimes the fixture may not be what you had in mind once it’s in the space. All returns must be in the original packing and cannot be installed. This means that the wires can not be cut or altered.
