I’m retracting my earlier review! A representative called me earlier and the service was terrific (I’m going to get a replacement). Super happy with this purchase :)

The pendant itself is really nice, but I wasn’t happy with the service. The lights are really dirty on the inside, and one of them came with two dents (one in the glass and the other where the light bulb goes so the bulb doesn’t look straight at all).

We understand that lighting can be tricky, and that sometimes the fixture may not be what you had in mind once it’s in the space. All returns must be in the original packing and cannot be installed. This means that the wires can not be cut or altered.
